40lb. water base to anchor 11' Unipole flag poles on hard surfaces like pavement, parking lots, and other outdoor areas where driving a ground spike isn't an option. Fill with water or sand for up to 40 lbs. of stabilizing weight, then empty for easy transport and storage.
