Make every upgrade count with addendum stickers that clearly display added features, dealer-installed options, and pricing beyond the original MSRP. Whether you’re applying a dealer addendum or a blank add label, our selection of car addendum stickers helps present transparent, professional information to boost customer confidence and close deals faster.

Addendum Stickers for Car Dealerships

An addendum sticker sits beside the factory window label and lists what the dealership added: paint protection, wheels, security systems, accessories, and the pricing that goes with them. It gives a salesperson something to point at when a shopper asks why the price is above MSRP, and it documents features that are not visible on a walkaround.

Addendum stickers are separate from the AS IS buyers guide, which is a required disclosure form on used vehicles, and from the factory Monroney label, which only the manufacturer produces.

Custom Printed

Printed to your artwork with your dealership branding and your own option list. Custom addendum stickers at 4.25in x 5.5in are the compact format with 4-sided sealed perimeter adhesion. Custom addendum stickers at 4.25in x 11in give a full-height panel with tape adhesive at top and bottom, sized to fit content between 3.5in and 4.25in wide.

Pre-Printed Stock

A stock dealer addendum layout with space to fill in dealer-installed options, ready to apply with no artwork step. Pre-printed addendum stickers use 3-sided permanent adhesive and come in black, blue, or red ink. Printed tape adhesive addendum stickers use three 1/2in tape strips instead.

Blank for In-House Printing

Print your own content on a laser printer. Plain stock addendum stickers come 250 per pack on heavy white stock with 4-sided permanent adhesive. For full-size window applications, the perforated blank Peel-n-Seal mounts inside the glass and the exterior blank window sticker mounts outside, both designed so the window still rolls down. The custom Peel-n-Seal external sticker can be printed front and optionally back.

Choosing an Adhesive

Adhesive type is the practical difference between these products. A 4-sided sealed perimeter bonds the whole edge with no lifting corners, which matters on a vehicle sitting outside for weeks. Three-sided adhesive holds securely while leaving one edge free. Tape strips hold well and give the cleanest removal, which suits inventory that turns quickly or stickers that get replaced when pricing changes.

FAQ

What is an addendum sticker?

A label applied to the vehicle window listing what the dealership added after the vehicle left the factory: dealer-installed accessories, protection packages, upgrades, and the associated pricing. It sits alongside the factory label rather than replacing it, and it exists so added value and added cost are both visible before the conversation starts.

Which adhesive should I choose?

It depends on how long the sticker stays on and how cleanly it needs to come off:

Is an addendum sticker the same as a buyers guide?

No. The AS IS buyers guide is a required disclosure on used vehicles covering warranty status. An addendum sticker is a dealership-produced label describing added equipment and pricing. They serve different purposes and a used vehicle may display both.

Should I order custom or pre-printed?

Pre-printed stickers ship from stock with a standard layout and blank lines to fill in, which suits dealerships whose added options vary vehicle to vehicle. Custom stickers carry your branding and your own option list, which looks more finished on the glass and reinforces the dealership's presentation. If you want full control of the content but not a print run, blank laser-compatible stock lets you print each one in house.

Do these mount inside or outside the window?

Both options exist. Addendum stickers typically apply to the outside of the glass beside the factory label. For full-size window forms, the exterior blank sticker mounts outside and the perforated Peel-n-Seal mounts inside. Both are designed so the window still rolls down and back up without disturbing the sticker.

What sizes are available?

Custom stickers come in a compact 4.25in x 5.5in and a full-height 4.25in x 11in, the latter sized to fit content between 3.5in and 4.25in wide. Full-window formats are larger. Choose the compact size when the addendum sits beside the factory label and the full-height version when the list of added options is long.
