Dispatch tags are used in the service departments for auto dealerships to increase efficiency and organization.  These dispatch hang tags feature a unique ID number with a matching number you can use for a claim check, key tag, and hang one from the rear view mirror of the car, truck, or vehicle that is being worked on.

Dealermarket’s best selling dispatch tag is the RL-78 which has 3 or 4 digit numbers, sold in 1000 increments starting at 000 all the way up to 9999.  It’s made of 100# manila card stock and made in the USA.  You’ll see very large green numbers on one side and red numbers on the other side.  There is convenient hole and slit at the top of the hang tag to easily hang them from the vehicle’s rear view mirror.  The lower left green side offers you a key tag with the back red side giving you space to write in the customer name, repair order # and license #.  The lower right green side is the claim check for your customer, with the back red side giving them fields to write in the service advisor’s name and repair order #.

We also offer colored dispatch number tags that are available in 5 different colors, white, yellow, blue, red, and green.  They have all the same features as the dispatch tags described above, except you can choose your background color to potentially match your dealership’s brand and colors.

Our long service dispatch numbers are a larger tag vertically to allow for greater visibility when hanging from the vehicle’s rear view mirror.  You’ll also love our heavy duty side padded dispatch numbers.  The American-made dispatch hang tags are made with 150# stock with numbers padded on the left side.  Another popular style is the 4-part service dispatch numbers which are the largest, thickest, and brightest number on the market.  The tag has a nifty 4th part for a file copy.  Also made with 150# stock and offered in bright blue, green, orange, red, white, and yellow colors.
