Custom Imprinted Repair Order RO-665-4 adds your dealership's name, logo, and contact information to the 4-part snap-out carbonless repair order, distributing copies to four parties: White customer copy, Canary file copy, Pink technician copy, and Buff Tag parts department copy. The crash imprint is available in Red, Blue, Black, or Green ink; sequential numbering is always printed in Red ink. A choice of starting number is required on all orders.
