Internal Authorization Book creates a permanent written record of who authorized work, equipment additions, or equipment removals on a vehicle. Each page holds two complete authorization sets side by side. When an authorization is completed, Parts 1 (White) and 2 (Canary) tear out along the 5-1/2" perforation for distribution to the approving manager and the service file. Part 3 (Pink) remains permanently bound in the book as the dealership's master audit record. Comes with a wrap-around cover. Pre-numbered in red ink, starting number cannot be specified.
