Liquid Universal Vulcanizing Cement is a fast-drying bonding agent for tire repairs, compatible with both chemical vulcanization (cement-only cold process) and heat vulcanization (cement applied before curing with heat). For use in dealership service and tire departments on standard tire patch and plug repairs. Sold as a single 8 oz can.
