Description
Mazda Multi-Point Inspection Forms are a 2-part edge-glued carbonless form designed to Mazda's manufacturer-specific multi-point inspection layout. At 8-1/2"x11" standard letter size, these are the only OEM MPI forms in the family that fit standard letter-size file folders and binders without trimming. Part 1 (White customer copy) is printed in full color; Part 2 (Canary file copy) prints in black ink. Both parts include backer printing on the reverse side for additional inspection fields or terms.
