We will include every part you need to file correctly. Each kit will contain everything needed to file W-2's for 25 employees plus double window envelopes. All our laser forms are made from premium laser paper to run smoothly and prevent jamming and are compatible with the Autosoft DMS.
Sheets measure 8 1/2" x 11 - 2 up on a sheet, 13 sheets per pack.
