The plain (no blue screen) format scans and digitally submits more clearly than the screened version, making it the right choice for states or dealerships that require electronic submission of odometer forms. Imprint is a 3-line crash imprint in your choice of Black, Blue, Green, or Red ink over a 4"x1/2" imprint area.
