Plain Odometer Disclosure ODOM-65-3 is the no-blue-screen version of the standard ODOM-65-3 statement, designed for dealerships or states that require scanning or digital submission to a DMV system. Without the blue screen, the form scans more clearly and produces cleaner OCR results than the screened version.
