Standard swooper banner wheel base that anchors your swooper pole by sitting over a vehicle's tire — no drilling or permanent mounting required. The 8" vertical sleeve accepts the pole set, and the 16" legs span standard car and sedan tires. Pair with a scratch guard (sold separately) to protect the vehicle's finish.
