One 1096 form summarizes all paper 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC forms filed for a single company (EIN or TIN). If you need more than the two 1096 forms included in each 1099 kit, this pack provides 10 additional forms. All laser forms are made from premium laser paper to run smoothly and prevent jamming.
