One W-3 form summarizes all paper W-2 Copy A forms for a single company (EIN). If you need more than the two W-3 forms included in each W-2 kit, this pack provides 10 additional forms. All laser forms are made from premium laser paper to run smoothly and prevent jamming. Compatible with Autosoft DMS. Sold by pack.
